Our Transfer Center is your single point of contact for acute transfers and direct admissions, ensuring seamless coordination, and timely care. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, we help healthcare providers transfer patients or arrange direct admission from offices, urgent care, or other healthcare facilities. 

With you every step of the way 

Our Transfer Center is staffed by compassionate registered nurses with specialized training in critical care and emergency medicine. When you call, a skilled nurse will be ready to:

  • Identify the appropriate hospital and specialists for your patient based on capability, capacity, and patient preference.
  • Facilitate a recorded call between the referring and accepting provider.
  • Complete registration.
  • Arrange a bed assignment.
  • Collect necessary clinical details for hospital admission.
  • Provide admission information to the referring provider.
  • Arrange for transportation if needed.
  • Answer any questions throughout the process.
  • Facilitate physician consultations.
