Wound evaluation

Upon arrival, every patient is given a thorough evaluation. Your medical history and the causes of your wound may be discussed, and your entire wound site will be carefully examined to confirm diagnosis, and direct the proper treatment.

Personalized care, advanced treatments

Every patient benefits from an individualized care plan tailored to your unique wound needs and other medical factors. Your plan is created by our multidisciplinary team of wound care experts, including nurses, registered dietitians, and physicians specializing in plastic surgery, infectious diseases, vascular surgery, podiatry, internal medicine, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

We offer a full range of advanced treatments and therapies. Depending on the type and severity of your wound, your treatment plan might include:

  • Antibiotic therapy
  • Bioengineered tissue products
  • Debridement: removing nonliving tissue to speed up healing
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)
  • Negative pressure wound therapy
  • Regenerative medicine
  • State-of-the-art topical therapies

Patient education and support

During and following treatment, patients receive an education and assistance plan. This includes information on caring for wounds at home, nutrition tips, and other guidelines to ensure proper healing and prevent reoccurrence.

Ongoing treatment for non-healing wounds

Those suffering from diabetes, poor circulation, or other health conditions are often at a higher risk for non-healing wounds. For these patients, we provide ongoing care and support, with scheduled visits based on the severity of your condition.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) chambers treat patients suffering from diabetic ulcers, radiation, infections, compromised skin grafts and flaps, crush injuries, and more. In our HBO chamber, patients are surrounded with 100% oxygen, allowing red blood cells to pass through the plasma into the wounds to heal them from the inside out.
