Live Well Senior Program
When you join Live Well, you’ll enjoy:

Go Heart
Go Heart is a free community-based program to help you live better, longer. We offer activities for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The goals are to decrease stress, increase happiness, and prevent heart disease and related illnesses.
Everyone over the age of 18 is eligible – become a member today.
Strong Again
Recovering from a medical incident? Ready to start strengthening and stretching your body? Build back your strength by attending our Short-term Strength Training Program. Chair fitness classes and martial arts sessions are available. Ask your physician if a chair exercise program will aid your recovery. Classes are offered weekly at 10 a.m. Hand weights recommended. Call community services at 818-409-8354 for the schedule.
