To support transparency and shared learning, we are featuring Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) health equity reports from each of our California hospitals. These reports highlight progress, challenges, and opportunities in addressing disparities in care, offering valuable insights into how we are working to ensure that every patient — regardless of background, income, or other factors — receives compassionate, high-quality care.

In California Assembly Bill 1204, hospitals are required to track disparities in care and create actionable plans to reduce them. Each year, our hospitals must submit a report that highlights where disparities in care exist and outlines ways to reduce them. Please find hospital reports by California region below.
